Dickerson, Smith, and Cline Garner SAC Digital Scoreboards Football Player of the Week Honors

Oklahoma City –Isaiah Dickerson and Eric Cline of OUAZ, and Micah Smith of Nelson have earned Sooner Athletic Conference Digital Scoreboards Football Players of the Week honors, as released by the conference office Monday morning.

Isaiah Dickerson
OUAZ, Senior, Running Back
Tacoma, Wash.
 
  • Led the Spirit to a 40-0 victory over Panhandle State
  • Rushed for 154 yards on 17 carries with two touchdowns in the game
  • Had an average of 9.1 yards per carry with a long run of 41 yards for a touchdown.
  • Added a reception for 12 yards to his stat line
  • This is his second weekly offensive award of the season

Micah Smith

  • Helped the Lions to a 35-28 win over Arkansas Baptist
  • Had five total tackles, with all five being solo stops
  • Added two sacks for 22 yards and three tackles for loss
  • Also had an interception for 19 yards

  • Helped the Spirit’s special teams in a 40-0 victory over Panhandle State
  • Was a perfect 5-for-5 in extra points and hit a 40-yard field goal
  • Continued his streak of converting extra point attempts that started last season, which is now sitting at 65. This ties an OUAZ program record.
  • Garnered his third consecutive weekly honor
