Why?:
The ASA is important to me because I am at a new university with a sports program that is just getting its bearings. The ASA allows student-athletes like me to voice opinions and help inspire change within the school and throughout the conference. Collaborating with other schools in the conference helps set a good template as to what a good sports program should look like.
