Oklahoma City – Texas Wesleyan will look to defend their titles at the 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships that will be held at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas, starting with multi events on Thursday, April 24.

The meet will continue with timed finals in the running events beginning Friday, April 25, at 2 p.m., and field events starting at 2 p.m. as well. The last set of multi-events will begin at 9:45 a.m., with the awards for the Heptathlon and Decathlon taking place at 1:30 p.m.

The Rams women’s team won the title last season with 197 points, while Oklahoma City placed second with 169 points, with John Brown taking third place with 129 points.

Texas Wesleyan’s men’s squad finished the day with 288 points, while Oklahoma City grabbed 174 points, and Nelson earned the third spot with 86 points.
