Oklahoma City—Due to heavy rain in the Oklahoma City area, the 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Baseball Championship will be pushed back a day. Four games will be played on Saturday, May 3, starting at 10 a.m. at Bill Smith Ballpark in Chickasha, Okla.
 
Top-seeded Wayland Baptist will open action on Saturday at 10 a.m. as they will take on No. 5 seed Oklahoma City. No. 2 Mid-America will face off against No. 3 seed Science & Arts in the next game starting at 1 p.m. The winners and losers of the first two games will meet at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday.

The Championship game will be played Sunday at 4 p.m., and if there needs to be an “if-necessary” game for the championship, that contest will be played Monday, May 5, at 1 p.m.
