Oklahoma City – Sooner Athletic Conference Commissioner John Martin is pleased to announce that 1,892 student-athletes have been named to the 2024-25 SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll for their achievements in the classroom over the past year.
 
The Commissioner’s Honor Roll consists of any NAIA-recognized sport, including competitive cheer, dance, and women’s wrestling, and each student-athlete must carry a minimum grade point average of 3.0 based on a 4.0 system. The student-athletes must also be on an active roster and nominated by the institution’s faculty athletics representative and/or compliance officer.
 
Texas Wesleyan led the conference with 275 student-athletes on the honor roll, Nelson placed 253 on the list, and Oklahoma City added 218.
