Yanovitch Headlines 2025-26 NAIA Men's Golf All-American List

Trimble Earns National Coach of the Year Honors

Kansas City, Mo.  – Christian Yanovitch of Oklahoma City highlighted the 2025-26 NAIA Men’s Golf All-American list that was announced by the national office on Thursday morning. Nine Sooner Athletic Conference golfers were named to the list, with Oklahoma City having four members of their national championship team earning postseason honors.
 
Star’s Head Coach Blake Trimble was named this season’s National Coach of the Year after guiding Oklahoma City to seven tournament titles, including their NAIA-best 12th Men’s Golf Red Banner.
 
Yanovitch made history this past spring, becoming the sixth player in Oklahoma City program history to collect the individual title at the recent NAIA Championship by being the only player to post even par over the four-day event with rounds of 71-69-70-70 for a final score of 280.
 
Joining Yanovitch on the All-American First Team is teammate Carter Ray, who finished the national tournament tied for fifth with rounds of 68-70-72-75 for a final score of 285.
 
Four SAC golfers were named Second Team All-Americans as Jack Newton of Oklahoma City, Brady Meek of Texas Wesleyan, Jaxen Brewer of Science & Arts, and Sacha Brendle of Wayland Baptist all garnered honors.
 
Lorenzo Santinelli of Oklahoma City, Kolbe Fielder of Texas Wesleyan, and Jaeden Ellis of Science & Arts were all named to the Third Team All-Americans list.
 
The 2025-26 NAIA Men’s Golfer of the Year will be announced at a later date.
