Oklahoma City – David Imbert of Oklahoma City and Angel Diaz of Science & Arts have been named this week’s Sooner Athletic Conference Oklahoma Ford Dealers Men’s Soccer Players of the Week as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
 
Imbert earned this week’s Offensive Player of the Week award by scoring a hit trick in the Stars 8-0 victory over Our Lady of the Lakes. Imbert scored all three of his goals in just under two minutes in the win while adding an assist. He finished the match with seven total shots with five of those shots being on frame.

Diaz stopped 10 of the 11 shots that he faced during the week while leading the Drovers to a 1-1 tie against Tabor and a 2-0 shutout against Our Lady of the Lake. Diaz had six stops against Tabor and then added four saves in the victory over Our Lady of the Lake. Diaz finished the week with a .909 save percentage.
