Oklahoma City – The 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Women’s Wrestling Qualifying Tournament will take place on Saturday, March 1, at the Sid Richardson Center on the campus of Texas Wesleyan University, with action slated to begin at 9 a.m.
 
The Rams will look to defend the SAC title that they claimed last year, as they scored 179.5 points while Missouri Baptist finished second with 168.5 points, with Oklahoma City earning third place with 122.5 points.
 
Wayland Baptist is the highest ranked team in the final coaches’ poll as the Pioneers are ranked 13^th with Texas Wesleyan right behind them in 14^th while Oklahoma City is also ranked in the Top 20 as the Stars are in the 16^th spot.
 
The SAC will have a total of 20 allocations into the 2025 NAIA Women’s Wrestling National Championship Meet that will be held on March 14-15 at the Park City Arena in Wichita, Kan.
