Oklahoma City – Francis Motsi of Wayland Baptist and Adam Tebbs of John Brown have been named this week’s Sooner Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Players of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday morning.
 
Motsi led the Pioneers to a 3-2 conference victory over Texas Wesleyan by scoring a pair of goals and adding an assist on the game-winner in the conference opener for both teams. Motsi had seven total shots on the day with six of those being on frame for an .857 shot on goal percentage in the match.

Tebbs recorded his second clean sheet of the year and the fifth of his career in leading the Golden Eagles to a 1-0 win at Science & Arts to open conference action over the weekend. Tebbs had four saves in the match to anchor the John Brown backline in the win.
