Oklahoma City – Nine Sooner Athletic Conference schools earned points in the final Learfield Directors’ Cup standings that were released late last week, with Oklahoma City leading the way by finishing 11
th in the NAIA standings.
The Stars, who also earned the 2025-25 SAC Commissioners Cup title, lead the group by scoring 665.50 points in the year-long standings. Oklahoma City scored 157.00 points in the fall, 376.00 points in the winter, and 132.50 points in the spring to finish just outside of the Top 10.
Three other schools finished in the top 100, as Texas Wesleyan finished 61
st with 324.00 points, while Wayland Baptist checked into the standings in 77
th with 232.00 points, and Science & Arts finished in 96
th place with 181.50 points.
The Learfield Directors’ Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution’s finish in the NAIA Championships.
