Kansas City – The Sooner Athletic Conference highlighted the 2026 NAIA Softball All-American list with Analise Rayburn of Oklahoma City earning National Player of the Year and Aubree Ferguson of Science & Arts garnering National Pitcher of the Year awards. Nine other SAC softball players earned All-American honors on the list that was announced by the national office Tuesday morning.
Rayburn claimed the national Player of the Year award for the second consecutive season by starting all 59 games for the SAC tournament champions and having a .429 batting average with 78 hits in 182 total at-bats. Out of those 78 hits, Rayburn had 23 doubles, two triples, and 26 home runs while driving in 101 runs and scoring 74 times herself. Rayburn also had a slugging percentage of 1.005 and an on-base percentage of .488.
Ferguson earned her first national Pitcher of the Year award after posting a 25-3 record this season in 31 total appearances with 170.0 innings pitched. Ferguson finished the season with an .82 earned run average, while striking out 175 batters. Ferguson also forced 140 groundouts and 174 flyouts in helping the Drovers to the SAC regular season championship.
Joining Rayburn and Ferguson on the All-American First Team are Leighanne Eaton and Malea McMurtrey of Science & Arts, and Tara Hoehner of Oklahoma City.
Hadley Gibson of Oklahoma City, Hannah Keele of Southwestern Christian, and Kylie Barnes of Texas Wesleyan earned second team honors, with Maddy Baber of Science & Arts, Haylie Delarosa of Texas Wesleyan, and Brynlee Alsip of Oklahoma City garnering third team awards.
