Siloam Springs, Ark. – For the second consecutive year, the Oklahoma City swept the team titles at the 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Cross Country Championship hosted by John Brown University at Pollard's Field in Siloam Springs, Ark.
The Stars women's team scored 23 points to claim their 10
th team title in 11 years as they placed all five of their finishers in the top 10 on the 6K course. College of the Ozarks placed second in the team chase with 91 points, while John Brown garnered third place with 99 points.
In the women's individual race, Juliana Molina of Texas Wesleyan took the top spot with a time of 22:17.61 to also earn All-Conference honors. Erika Pena of Oklahoma City placed second in the race with a time of 22:29.11, while the Stars' Kenzi Readnour placed third with a mark of 22:42.93.

On the men's side, Oklahoma City saw three runners finish in the top 10 to take the team crown for the ninth straight season, with 39 points, while John Brown also put three runners in the top 10 to claim second place with 64 points. Mid-America Christian earned the third spot on the podium with 68 points.
Ayenew Devany of Oklahoma City won the men's race in a time of 24:50.91 over the 8K course, while College of the Ozarks Tanner Bailey finished second with a mark of 24:51.97. Lucky Maila of Mid-America Christian earned the third spot in the race with a time of 25:27.30.
