Snodgrass Earns SAC Digital Scoreboards Women's Basketball Player of the Week Honors

Oklahoma City – Sarah Snodgrass of John Brown has earned this week’s Digital Scoreboard Sooner Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week awards for her efforts over the past week, as announced by the conference office Monday morning.
 
Snodgrass aided the Golden Eagles to a 1-1 record last week by averaging 32.0 points on 55.8 percent shooting from the field while averaging 18.5 rebounds for the week. Snodgrass had a pair of double-doubles, including a program record 24 caroms in a 69-63 loss to Oklahoma City. Snodgrass became the second player in program history to post a 30-20 game as she also had 33 points in the loss to Oklahoma City.

On the defensive side for Snodgrass, she had 28 defensive rebounds for the week while adding a pair of steals over the two games. Snodgrass had 16 defensive boards in the loss to Oklahoma City and added 12 defensive caroms in a win over Southwestern Christian.
