Oklahoma City – Seven Sooner Athletic Conference football teams are set to open the 2025 campaign this weekend with three games on Thursday, August 28, and four more matchups slated for Saturday, August 30.
 
Texas Wesleyan will look to repeat as conference champions as the Rams will enter the season ranked 10^th in the NAIA Coaches Preseason Poll, while OUAZ will open the year ranked 18^th on the list.
