Oklahoma City – Emmett Bivens of Wayland Baptist has been named the Sooner Athletic Conference Digital Scoreboards Men’s Wrestler of the Week for his efforts over the past week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday morning.
 
Bivens took third place in the 285 lb. weight class at the Cumberland Open by going 5-1 in the event. Bivens had three decision victories, a win via major decision, and a forfeit victory during the meet. His loss came in the semifinal match via pinfall.
