Oklahoma City –Sarah Snodgrass of John Brown and Taliah Lee of Mid-America Christian have earned this week’s Sooner Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week awards for their efforts over the past week, as announced by the conference office Monday morning.
Snodgrass put together an outstanding week as she averaged 28 points per game as the Golden Eagles played a pair of games at Northwestern. In a 78-74 loss to Northwestern, Snodgrass scored a career-high 40 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and then in a loss to No. 1 Dordt, Snodgrass scored 16 points and snagged nine boards. Snodgrass also had three assists over the two-game span.

Lee paced the Evangels in a pair of wins as she collected seven defensive rebounds, four steals, and three blocks over the two games. Lee also added 11 points per game and six assists during the week.
